Mackenzie Pinot Noir 2007 Russian River Valley
The wine is handcrafted from small lots of Pinot Noir grown in vineyards throughout the Russian River Valley. The Mackenzie Pinot Noir shows cherry and strawberry flavors typical of the appellation. With a silky, elegant palate, there are red fruit notes up front, with hints of smoke mixed in. The finish is interesting, with a little pepper that lingers.
