Chateau Moulin De Tricot 2004 Haut Medoc

Château Moulin de Tricot is a tiny property established in the 19th Century where the art of winemaking has been lovingly transmitted from generation to generation. Bruno Rey is the current proprietor of the estate and, with the assistance of his wife and son, he cares for the vineyards, makes the wine; then bottles and markets this extraordinary, and rare gem.

A blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot, the Moulin de Tricot has a nose of cedar box and blackberry, with an elegant palate that shows soft fruit as well as leather and earthy notes
Whether grilled steak, or seasoned lamb chops, this delightful French red wine goes very well with food. If you're having a cocktail party, the Chateau Moulin de Tricot pairs well with aged, blue or "stinky" cheese.
